The Gladiatrool
Welcome to the Gladiatrool, a roguelike-inspired arcade game mode where every run is a new adventure! Face increasingly tough waves of enemies, collect bonuses, and leave with rewards matching your achievements.
How to Access It?
You have two options:
- On foot: Head to [-9,-41] to reach the arena directly
- Teleportation: Talk to the Sad Gladiatrool Employee in Astrub, he'll be happy to send you there!
What is the Gladiatrool?
The Gladiatrool is a roguelike arcade system! In practice, this means:
- 🎮 Unique runs: Each game is different thanks to random bonuses
- ⚔️ Wave progression: The further you go, the tougher the challenges
- 💀 Permadeath: If you fall, it's game over... but you keep your Gladiatons!
- 👥 Duo maximum: Form a team of 2 players max to take on the challenge
Unlimited Class Choice
At the start of each run, you can freely choose your class! Want to try an Iop after 200 runs as a Cra? No problem, it's free and unrestricted.
Bonuses After Each Fight
After each victory, the system offers you random bonuses to strengthen your character. Choose strategically to build a powerful setup and survive as long as possible!
Leaving the Gladiatrool
You can leave at any time by talking to Notend Less. You'll receive an amount of Gladiatons proportional to your progression. The further you've advanced, the more you earn!
Gladiatons
Gladiatons are the exclusive currency of the Gladiatrool. Use them to purchase unique rewards from Gladiatroc, the merchant located at the arena entrance.
Pro Tip
Even if you lose, you keep the Gladiatons earned during your run!
Card Collection
Your Gladiatrool progress is saved in a card collection! To check it:
- Open your inventory
- Go to quest items
- Double-click on your card collection
